Wharariki beach
We Drove to the walk way to Wharariki beach on Thursday the 25th we started walking but we had to walk behind Jonathan which took ages and girls went first LIKE ALWAYS!! Then boys went and when we got half way to Wharariki Sean D found a dead lamb and he started to squirt it. When he finished squirting it we kept on walking.


When we got to Wharariki beach we took our shoes off. Everyone started sprinting to the sand dunes then Jonathan shouted “STOP EVERYONE BEHIND ME!!!!” It took ages to get there it took 5 minutes to get there but it would of took us 1 minute to get there if we run but we walked. After that we went to check if there were any baby seals but there were none. We jumped in to sand walls and our feet sunk in to the sand. After that we found a shallow part in the river and most of us went a cross after that we found some sinking sand and I sunk and I couldn’t get out and Eren had to lift me out of the sinking sand after we walked back to where we took our shoes off We put our shoes back on after Jonathan gave each cabin group a king size chocolate bar and Eren and I got 15 Blair got 16 and Rigel got 14.


We walked back then had lunch and Sean D, Blair, Eren and I went down the hill on Sean D’s little sisters scooter then we went back to camp.

Olympics 2008

The world was treated to the closing ceremony a double Decker bus came in to the closing ceremony to represent the next games in london

Cross country 2008

Cross country was fun the 9, 10 and 11 year olds had to do to laps. I came 16th after mine and Blair's race we went home and Blair came to my house and we went down the hill on the skateboards.

Rainbow ski field

One day for a class trip we went to rainbow ski field. We started to drive to rainbow ski field it took ages but we drove through many fords and lots of water splashed up on to the car. Finally we arrived there we started to walk to the day room. It smelled really bad Jonathan (our Teacher) said room 7 skiers come to me. Then Keegan, Rigel and I went to rent our UFOs (toboggans). Then we went up the old hill and jumped on our UFOS. We were having a race and I was wining because I was medium weight and i was going so fast i almost fell off. After that we made a jump i went so fast I flew and landed on my toboggan and I winded my self and then I got back up and said "lets do that again!" Then I ran in a hurry to do the jump again then i went down and I went flying!! But then we had to go :( I wish we had longer

Cable bay camp 2008

On march the 27th we went to cable bay. Jonathon (our Teacher) Called the role everyone was here. I went in Eren's car. We listened to Kanye West. When all the songs had finished we watched tv in Eren's car. We watched sky movies2. When we got there it was raining. Then I and Blair played wrestling and I won. Then I was versing Sam and I wasted him in a match Sam vs me and I still won. Then we played volleyball Boys vs Girls and Boys won!! Then Jonathon (our teacher) Said bring your bags because we are going to make sculptures out of beach items. Eren Blair Keong and I said " boring!!" Then Jonathon told us off for saying boring!! Then when we got back we changed in to good clothes for the BBQ. Then we went down to the beach and my parents were there. Then Blair Eren and I went to the rock pools and got 7 fish then we cooked sausages then we cooked marsh mallows then we hade some cake then went back to camp and had a hot chocolate and then went to bed. Me Keong and Blair did not go to sleep Me and Blair played psp all night and Keong listened to his ipod. The next day we walked up Pepin island and back down then we went home.
